BOARD AND EXECUTIVE TEAM
IAG's board of directors is accountable to shareholders for the performance, operations and affairs of the Group. The directors represent and serve the interests of the shareholders and collectively oversee and appraise the strategies, policies and performance of the Group.
The board delegates responsibility for the day to day operations and administration of the Group to the chief executive officer and the executive team. They ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Group and have responsibility for risk management and internal control frameworks. They also ensure that the board is provided with accurate and timely information to make decisions on behalf of shareholders.
